Poder Unides: Trans+ is a trans-led grassroots collective in 1Atlanta, Georgia with branches all over committed to uplifting Trans, Queer, and LGBTQIA+ communities—especially Black, Latina, Indigenous, and migrant trans and TGNC individuals. We aim to center our communities in healing, leadership, and self-determination, not at the margins but at the heart of societal change.
Our work focuses on leadership development, community empowerment, health equity, and advocacy. We train emerging LGBTQIA+ leaders, engage in policy work, and build partnerships to advance inclusive legislation. Through grassroots organizing, public education, and peer-led workshops, we expand representation and challenge systemic barriers.
